Loft Beds, Futon Frames (not including mattresses) and other wooden furniture accessories: If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products detailed above, you have 30 days to notify us from the day you received the merchandise to get a full money back refund for the cost of the merchandise. Delivery / Assembly charges may be required to retrieve merchandise.

We do not buy back any merchandise, unless it qualifies as a 'return'.
